I strive to provide you with the best quality possible, and appreciate your trust in making your hat or a bridal hair accessory, however, due to the nature of my business, the fact that all items and all design elements are handmade by me, and the costs associated with post and packaging, I have implemented a non-refund policy. By purchasing or using my items/service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Please ensure you read the item description, view all images and videos and request additional information or images before placing your order. Where possible I include images of fabrics I use and all hats are photographed on a model and published without colour modifications.
